Please make note in your reservation request if you have a preference to be inside or on our covered heated patio.  

If no request is made at the time of booking your party will be seated at the first available table.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any tables larger than 6ppl, and only have one table for 6ppl available at 5pm or 7:30pm.

Note:  If the table for 6ppl is booked, you can always call in directly to be put on waitlist.

Please be advised all reservations are allotted 1.5 hours for dining. If you are looking for a longer dining time please book a seating 7:15pm or later as these tables will not be rebooked.

Birchwood Restaurant is a mountain casual adult dining experience with a unique and relaxing outdoor patio in the summer & outside atrium in the winter.  We offer a variety of seasonal menu options and cater to dietary requirements.

Our menu and wine selections are carefully chosen from local producers and many award winning estate vineyards from Old & New World.
